Sha'ab Samadai

Sha'ab Samadai is reached with a dive boat as it is somewhat out of the coast. This horse shoe shaped reef is also known as the Dolphin house. A big pod of spinner dolphins lives here, so if they  are in a good mood they might visit you during your dive.  You are not allowed to dive on the inner reef, since this is a protected area.
Usually you make your first dive at the western outer reef wall, with beautiful gorgonians and hard and soft coral formations. You are usually dropped by RIB from a big dive boat.
The second dive normally starts of by entering the cave system. There are areas where you can reach the surface if you have a problem. Through these openings the sunlight enters the caves, which is wonderful to see. After the caves, you go south and navigate through the pinnacles.
